All merchandise must be paid for on the day of the auction.
In case of dispute, the Auctioneer’s decision shall be final. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. The items have been displayed and each Purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity, and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever. All items are sold “As Is, Where is” and lie at the Purchaser’s risk. A 17% Buyers Fee will be charged on all purchases. Nothing is shipped until paid for in full. Terms: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard or Electronic Funds Transfer. If you wish to pick-up your purchases you MUST contact the office by noon on Monday following the auction. Freight charges will be calculated on the Monday following the auction, added to the invoice total and processed on the bidder's credit card. Items not picked up within this time, will be deemed to be the property of Clyde Auctioneering in payment of storage fees unless alternate arrangements are made with the auction company. All items are to be picked up from the Clyde Auction building within 4 business days from the conclusion of the auction. Arrangements are to be made by the purchaser to acquire either a courier or trucking company - costs for this transportation will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
